At Pattucheeralu LLC, we strive to deliver impeccable products that exceed our clients' expectations. However, on the rare occasion that a customer is not satisfied with their purchase, we have a comprehensive return policy to ensure our customers are made happy.

Return Policy

Pattucheeralu LLC accepts returns only if the product(s) are damaged or defective. A return request must be raised within 2 days of receiving the product(s) by contacting our customer care department. Customers can return the product(s) within 7 working days of receipt. Returns will not be accepted after this timeframe. The product(s) intended for return must be in a saleable condition, with original folds and packaging preserved. The product(s) must be unused, undamaged, and the price tags must not be detached. Customers must contact customer care through phone or email within two days of receiving the product(s). Returns are accepted only through our customer care team; we do not accept return requests submitted through our website.

Damage caused due to improper product care or usage is not covered under our return policy.

Returned or exchanged products are thoroughly inspected by our quality control team before any further action is taken. Once the return request is accepted, customers are requested to courier the product(s) to our designated address.

No return will be accepted after 7 working days of receiving the product. The customer must include the required details such as name, order number, and mobile number on the packaging in which the product is couriered as per the above-mentioned procedure. Customers should ensure that the original receipt/invoice is included with the returned product(s). If the product is being returned by post, it should only be sent through a company-designated carrier.

Return or exchange requests raised through email must contain comprehensive details of the defects/complaints regarding the delivered product(s). Our QC team will examine the returned products for any defects/variations based on the customer’s communication.

Upon receipt of the product from the customer, Pattucheeralu LLC reserves the sole discretion to decide whether to issue a credit note/voucher, which can be redeemed against future purchases on our website, offer an alternative product of equal or lesser value, or deny the return.

The customer is responsible for courier charges when returning/exchanging the product. Pattucheeralu LLC will cover these charges only if the mistake is on our end, in which case the charges will be returned to the customer through a credit note/voucher.

If the product is deemed ineligible for return upon receipt, we will contact the customer via their registered email or phone with further instructions. If Pattucheeralu LLC decides to return the ineligible product to the customer, the customer will bear the courier charges.

Damaged/Defective Products

Customers who have purchased from our online store are kindly requested not to accept any packages that arrive in an unsealed condition or with visible damage. Please contact our customer care immediately to report any such issues.

Once our QC team thoroughly inspects the returned product(s) for damage/defects, we will issue either a credit note or an exchange of the product. Returns or exchanges of damaged/defective products will only be accepted if they are in original condition with original folds and price tags. If the damaged/defective product is not in its original condition, it will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Product Specifications on Pattucheeralu LLC Website

Product specifications (color, weight, size, embellishments, handwork) on the Pattucheeralu LLC website are approximate values. Return requests based on these attributes will not be accepted. Customers purchasing items with beaded embroidery and sequins should be aware that these embellishments can come off easily, even with proper care.

Please note that slight color variations may occur due to differences in monitors, resolutions, and lighting. We strive to present the exact color of our products on your screen, but variations are normal and do not qualify as a defect.

Order Cancellation

Customers cannot cancel orders once they are processed or approved. Pattucheeralu LLC reserves the right to cancel orders without notification due to technical/stock issues and will refund the amount to the customer.

To cancel an order before approval, email us at info@pattucheeralu.com with the subject line "Cancellation Request." If the order is approved by the time the cancellation request is raised, it will not be processed.

Procedure for Refunding

Pattucheeralu LLC reserves the right to decide the form of the refund, which may be a credit note or an exchange. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the receipt of the returned product(s). Customers can inquire about the status of their refund by contacting our customer care.
